Miramare’s team is led by an Italian engineer and Thai architects, all with decades of experience and successful projects. We are one of only a handful of developers that have a full team on the technical side, guaranteeing that we can create the best.

Mr Somchai Tiatrakul

Managing Director

Mr Somchai Tiatrakul, who has 30 years’ experience in project management and construction management, including 20 years as project manager, Managing Director and Executive Director of Casa Co Ltd, one of Bangkok’s oldest and biggest architecture firms. In Phuket he was project manager of the six-star Ayara development in Kamala. He now has his own company in Phuket, Triaxial Co, which has completed many luxury residential projects on the island.

Mr Anes Giancarlo Pettinato

Electrical engineer

Mr Anes Giancarlo Pettinato, an electrical engineer with 26 years’ experience in Italy. His company, Robinson Seryice, has completed numerous design and installation projects for luxury residential and commercial projects in Italy.

Ms Suchada Sanksuwan

Architect

Ms Suchada Sanksuwan, a skillful architect with 20 years’ experience, mainly in project management and deyelopment, including such major projects as Lang Suan Ville, a 39-storey luxury condominium on Lang Suan Rd, Bangkok, and the Waye Place office building Ploenchit, Bangkok.
